| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨流行性乙型脑炎的有效护理方法,提高救治成功率。方法:以患者为本,运用基础护理,营养支持,高热、惊厥、呼吸衰竭三关护理,并发症防治等相关护理措施。结果:收治的23例乙脑患者,死亡3例,未愈3例,失访1例,总治愈率69.56%。结论:在流行性乙型脑炎救治中,及时有效的护理至关重要,是提高患者抢救成功率、减少后遗症的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the efficacy of nursing methods in patients with epidemic encephalitis B,to improve the success rate of treatment.Methods： The nursing intervention included the basic nursing care,nutrition support,nursing of high fever、convulsions and respiratory failure,complications.Results： For 23 patients with epidemic encephalitis B,3 patients died,3 patients did not heal,1 patient losted to follow-up.The total cure rate is 69.56%.Conclusion： Timely and effective nursing intervention is crucial for patients with epidemic encephalitis B,it can improve the success rate,reduce sequela of patients. |
