胶原酶髓核溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中远期疗效评价与分析

目的通过对胶原酶髓核溶解术后远期疗效的研究,总结诊疗经验,提高治疗效果。方法对在我院行胶原酶溶解治疗术治疗的1800例已2年以上的患者采取电话随机随访的方式,共随访到1200例患者。结果男608人,女592人,年龄16～83岁,平均49.5岁。治疗2年者289人,优良率90.10%;3年者324人,优良率89.70%;4年者231人,优良率86.10%;5年者198人,优良率85.32%;5年以上158人,优良率在85.40%;总体优良率87.40%。结论胶原酶髓核溶解治疗术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中远期总体优良率在87%左右,选择合适的适应证,准确的穿刺部位是保证疗效的关键,其治疗途径安全、便捷、治疗显效率高;患者痛苦小且微创,是一项值得在临床上大力推广应用的介入微创技术。

Long-term clinic effects of collagenolysis in the managemengt of lumbar disc herniation
