CT在外伤性大脑镰旁出血中的诊断价值

目的:探讨总结外伤性大脑镰旁出血的CT表现。方法:对92例外伤性大脑镰旁出血的CT和临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:92例中硬膜下出血49例,呈单侧分布,CT表现为边缘清晰的高密度索条影,其内缘平直,外缘呈浅波纹状或浅弧状;蛛网膜下腔出血36例,呈双侧或单侧分布,CT表现为边缘模糊的羽毛状或粗线状高密度影;不能明确分类7例。结论:外伤性大脑镰旁出血的CT表现具有特征性,一般都能作出明确的诊断。

Diagnostic value of CT in traumatic hemorrhage at cerebral flax

Objective: To explore the CT diagnosis of traumatic hemorrhage at cerebral flax. Methods: CT findings and clinical datas of 92 cases with traumatic hemorrhage at cerebral flax were analyzed retrospectively. Results: of 92 cases, 49 cases had subdural hemorrhage at cerebral flax on CT scan. The lesions presented as high-density fuiform shadow with distinct straight internal margin and distinct waved or arched external margin, and 49 cases were all unilateral. 36 cases had subarachnoid hemorrhage at cerebral flax. On CT scan, the lesions presented as feathered or thick-lined high-density shadow with blurry margin, and 36 cases were bilateral or unilateral. The other 7 cases were difficult to be classified as subdural hemorrhage or subratrachnoid hemorrhage at cerebral flax. Conclusion: The traumatic hemorrhage at cerebral flax carries certain characteristic CT features,on which the correct diagnosis will be based .
