| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性视网膜色素变性患者的发病机理。方法对３５例原发性视网膜色素变性患者及２９例其它眼病患者和３０例正常人的血液流变学指标进行了检测。结果原发性视网膜色素变性患者的低切和高切全血比粘度、相对粘度、血浆高切粘度明显升高，与正常组相比，均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论原发性视网膜色素变性患者存在血液流变学异常，血液流变学的改变可以加重病情

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the pathogenesis of primary pigmentary degeneration of retina(PPDR).Methods The hemorheological parameters of both 35 patients with PPDR and 30 normal controls were measured.Results The values of blood viscosity both at high shear rates and at low shear rates,relative blood viscosity,plasma viscosity at high shear rates and erythrocyte deformability were significantly increased.There was a statistical difference in all measured parameters between the patients and controls( P <0 05 P <0 01) Conclusion Patients with PPRD presented an abnormal increase in their values of hemorheology. |
