视网膜脱离合并脉络膜脱离的超声波诊断分析

目的研究视网膜脱离合并脉络膜脱离的超声波诊断特征，为临床诊断提供依据。方法采用法国产ＢＶＩ（ＴｈｅＶ—ｐｓｌｓ）眼科专用Ａ、Ｂ两用超声波扫描仪，对１２例视网膜脱离合并脉络膜脱离的患者进行观察。结果所有病例均在玻璃体暗区前部见到形态不一的半环状或球形回声带，其中５例为多个半环状强回声带；４例为单球形或双球形强回声带；３例为局部扁平状强回声带。结论超声波检查有助于对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断。

An analysis of the A,B scan ultrasonic examination in choroidal detachment associated with primary retinal detachment

To investigate the ultrasoniv characteric of the choroidal detachment associated with primaryretinal detachment and to evidence for the disease to bediagnosis and differential. Method Using A, B type ultrasonoseope made in France BVI (the V - puls ) to dothe preoperative examination for 12 cases of choroidal detachment associated with primary retinal detachment.Results irregularly shaped semi - circular orspheroidal echo belts were found in anterior part of vitrears dark area in all cases,among which 5 cases weremulti - semi circular strong echo belts, 4 cases weremono - spheroidal or double shperoidal strong echobelts, 3 cases were partial flat strong echo belts. Conclusion Typical choroidal detachment is easy to be diagnosised. On the contrary,choroidal detachment associated with primary retinal detachment is more difficult tobe found . While,ultrasonic examination will can tributeto diagnosis and differential diagnosis for the disease.
