| 摘 要： | 目的探讨难治性青光眼的治疗。方法３１例３２眼难治青光眼采用睫状体上腔装置硅橡胶条合并使用丝裂霉素Ｃ治疗。结果随访６个月至２年半,眼压控制在３２只眼中占２８眼。结论该疗法简便有效。硅橡胶条裸露问题值得进一步探讨

| Abstract: | Objective In order to study the treatment of uneasily-controlled glaucoma.Method 32 eyes of 31 cases suffering uneasily glaucoma were treated with silica gel inserted on superior ciliary cavae and the use of mitomycin C.Result Follow-up 3 months to 2.5 years.Effections of reducted intra-ocular pressures are 28 eyes in total 32 eyes.Conclusion This remedy is effective,simple and convenient.The prevented dislocation of the silicic rubbery gel must be worth study in a deepgoing way. |
