高乌甲素贴片用于翼状胬肉切除术后镇痛的临床研究

目的研究高乌甲素贴片用于翼状胬肉切除术后镇痛的效果及不良反应，以评价其有效性和安全性。方法90例行胬肉切除术的患者，随机分成3组：对照组A组，高乌甲素组B组和芬必得组C组。手术结束后，A组不作任何镇痛；B组于手术开始时予高乌甲素贴片贴于双耳后；C组于术毕予口服芬必得胶囊1粒(20mg)。观察指标：各组发生术后疼痛的人数、疼痛的严重程度(VAS评分法)、病人对止痛药物的满意度及副作用。结果(1)B、C组术后疼痛的发生率及VAS评分均明显小于A组；(2)B、C组术后疼痛的发生率及VAS评分组间比较无明显差异，但B组的病人对止痛药物的满意度高于C组。结论高乌甲素贴片可有效地治疗胬肉切除术后的疼痛，与口服镇痛药相比镇痛效能相若；其用药方法简便，不良反应较少，患者的整体满意度高。

Clinical Study of Lappaconitine Patch on Postoperative Analgesia for Pterygium Surgery

Objective Evaluate the efficacy and security of the lappaconitine patch used onpostoperative analgesia for pterygium surgery.Methods Lappaconitine patch compared to traditionalantalgica in a prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled trial of 90 outpatients scheduled forpterygium surgery. And then evaluate their analgetic efficacy and side effect.Results The incidenceof postoperative pain and the VAS of pain were significantly lower in group B, C than group A (P<0.05), but were not significantly different between group B and C (P>0.05). Headache and dizzinesshappened in all groups, especially in group A(20%). Pruritus could be found in group B(6.67%) andabdominal uncomfortable could be found in group C(3.33%).Conclusions Lappaconitine Patch can notonly efficiently reduce postoperative pain of pterygium surgery, but also reduce the adverseeffects. So it is efficient and worth-introducing to ophthalmic clinical use.
