Abstract:Objective: To explore the dialectical effect of objective indicators of human body fluids on qi-blood body fluids by collecting and analyzing saliva, sweat, urine and other human data from people with abnormal fluid delivery and healthy subjects. Methods: According to the subjective and objective dialectical combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) physicians and four diagnostic criteria, patients were divided into the normal group and the abnormalfluid delivery group. The basic human body information was collected to measure the amount of saliva sweat secretion invarious parts of human body. Relevant small molecule concentrations of urine, saliva and sweat were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and statistically analyzed. Results: The results showed that the heart rate was decreased; the blood pressure and BMI were significantly increased in the abnormal fluid delivery group. The rate of saliva secretion, the total amount of sweat during exercise, the amount of sweat in the chest and the back of the abnormal fluid delivery group were significantly increased compared to the normal group. The magnesium ion concentration of saliva and sweat of subjects in the abnormal fluid delivery group was decreased compared with the normal group. Conclusion: It was concluded that the biological information related to saliva secretion, sweating and urinary excretion in human body provided an objective basis for dialectical evaluation of TCM body fluids.
Keywords:Saliva   sweat   urine   qi-blood-body fluid dialectical evaluation
