动机性访谈对青光眼患者随访依从性及自我管理行为的影响

目的：探讨动机性访谈对青光眼患者随访依从性及自我管理能力的影响。方法：选取本院2017年2月-2018年4月收治的青光眼患者100例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为例数均等的2组，对照组给予常规健康教育，观察组在常规健康教育基础上进行动机性访谈，比较两组出院后1周、1、3、6个月时的随访依从性，观察干预前后两组自我管理行为改变情况。结果:出院后1周时，观察组随访依从率为100%，对照组为94.0%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；出院后1、3、6个月时，观察组随访依从率均在90%以上，对照组明显低于观察组（P<0.05）；干预后观察组自我管理行为问卷各项得分及总分明显高于干预前且显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：动机性访谈可显著提高青光眼患者的随访依从性及自我管理能力，有较高的临床价值。

Effect of motivational interview on follow-up compliance and self-management behaviors of glaucoma patients

Objective To explore the effect of motivational interview on follow-up compliance and self-management ability of glaucoma patients. Methods 100 cases of glaucoma patients admitted to our hospital in February 2017 -2018 in April were selected as the research subjects. They are divided into 2 groups according to the random number table. The control group was given conventional health education, while the observation group was given motivational interview on the basis of routine health education. Compare the follow-up compliance of the two groups at 1 week, 1, 3 and 6 months after discharge, and observe the change of self-management behavior before and after intervention. Results One week after discharge, the follow-up compliance rate was 100% in the observation group and 94.0% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). At 1, 3 and 6 months after discharge, the follow-up compliance rate of the observation group was above 90%, while that of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores and total scores of self-management behavior questionnaire in the observation group were significantly higher than those before intervention and significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Motivational interviews can significantly improve the follow-up compliance and self-management ability of glaucoma patients, and have high clinical value.
