| 摘 要： | 对ICU护士遭遇工作场所暴力后应激障碍发生现状及其影响因素进行综述，分别从生理应激障碍和心理应激障碍进行介绍，调查国内外关于ICU护士遭遇工作场所暴力发生应激障碍后的研究现状并分析其影响因素，以此提出预防措施，为护理管理者开展ICU护士工作的职业防护提供指导依据。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the present situation of stress disorder and its influencing factors in the workplace where ICU nurses are exposed to violence, and introduces the factors of stress disorder and psychological stress disorder, as well as analyzes the factors of influence in four aspects including personal factors, social factors, violence factors and organizational management factors. The preventive measures for nursing managers will be provided to ensure the safety of ICU nurses. |
