临床护理路径在内科护理综合实训中的应用研究

摘    要:目的 将碎片化的知识有机融合,探讨基于核心胜任力的CNP(临床护理路径)内科护理综合实训的教学效果。方法 选取浙江省海宁卫生学校2016级中专护理专业1613、1614班两个班的学生为研究对象,其中1614班60人为试验组,采用基于核心胜任力的CNP设计的内科护理综合实训情境化教学模式,组织实施并观察其应用效果。1613班62人为对照组,内科护理综合实训采用常规教学模式。CNP实施前后参考文献自行设计量表调查试验组基于核心胜任力的CNP内科护理综合实训教学模式的教学效果。结果试验组护生期末理论考试成绩为(80.100±9.399)分,明显高于对照组的(76.750±9.205)分(P<0.05);CNP实施后临床实习后期试验组护生的个人特质、临床护理能力、人际沟通和支持能力、评判性临床思维能力、自我发展能力5个维度的平均得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于核心胜任力的CNP内科护理综合实训教学模式,能够提升中职护生护理核心胜任力。

Application of clinical nursing pathway in comprehensive practice training of iternal medicine nursing

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study is to explore the teaching effect of (Clinical Nursing Path, CNP) on comprehensive nursing training based on core competence.Methods The students in class 1613 and 1614 of 2016 Technical Secondary School of Haining Health School of Zhejiang Province were selected as the research objects, among which 60 classes were selected as the experimental group where the situational teaching model of comprehensive practice training for internal medicine nursing was adopted based on the CNP design of core competence. The teaching effect of practical training in 62 students of class 1613 were taken as control group, where routine teaching model was adopted. A self-designed scale was used to evaluated the teaching effect of CNP comprehensive practice training model of internal medicine nursing based on core competence. Results The theoretical score of the experimental group was (80.100 ±9.399),which was significantly higher than that of control group (76.750 ±9.205) (P<0.05). The students in experimental group had better personal characteristics, clinical nursing ability, interpersonal communication and support ability, and critical clinical thinking ability of nursing students. The average score of the five dimensions of self-development was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The core competence of nursing students in secondary vocational school was able to improve by the comprehensive training teaching mode of CNP internal nursing based on core competence.
