中医药联合化疗在结直肠癌临床治疗作用中的系统评价

目的：运用Meta分析研究的方法系统的评价中医药联合化疗治疗结直肠癌患者的临床有效性和安全性，为临床治疗结直肠癌患者提供新思路、新方法。方法：运用中国知网、万方数据库、维普、PubMed等相关数据库进行相关数据分析和检索，搜集关于中医药联合化疗治疗结直肠癌患者的随机对照研究，并运用Jadad量表对纳入文献评分采用Review Manager5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：本次研究共纳入11项随机对照试验，试验中共涉及728例患者。Meta分析结果显示，在临床有效性方面，中医药联合西医治疗CRC试验组与单纯西医治疗对照组相比较，联合治疗可以有效改善患者的临床症状，在中医症候疗效、不良反应、降低化疗对患者的毒副反应及试验室检查等相关方面的结局指标，差异有显著性。结论：临床上中医药联合西医治疗CRC患者是安全和有效的，对于改善CRC患者的临床症状有显著疗效，值得临床推广。

Systematic Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Chemotherapy in Clinical Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer using the method of meta-analysis to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: Data analysis and retrieval were conducted by using China knowledge network, Wanfang database, Weipu, PubMed and other relevant databases, and random control studies on patients with colorectal cancer treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with chemotherapy were collected, and the included literature score was assessed using Review Manager5.3 software for Meta-analysis. Results: A total of 11 randomized controlled trials were included in this study, involving a total of 728 patients. Meta-analysis results showed that in clinical effectiveness, Traditional Chinese Medicine with western medicine therapy CRC patients compared with western medicine treatment control group, the combination therapy can effectively improve the patient''s clinical symptoms, the TCM symptoms curative effect, adverse reaction, reduce the side reaction of chemotherapy for patients and laboratory examination related aspects, such as the end of the indicators. There were significant difference. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in clinical treatment of CRC patients is safe and effective.
