摘    要:多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女常见的内分泌代谢紊乱,雄激素受体(AR)信号调节在PCOS的卵巢形态和卵泡发育、子宫内膜的过度增殖和内膜胚胎容受性下降以及PCOS代谢异常等方面起着重要的调控作用。神经性AR参与了PCOS的发病。通过降低AR活性来改善PCOS的发病及临床症状是未来病因性治疗的方向。本文就AR在PCOS患者的外周组织及中枢神经系统的分布及其信号调控研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine and metabolic disorder in fertile women. Androgen receptor (AR) plays critical regulatory roles in ovarian morphology and follicular development, hyperproliferation of endometrium and impaired endometrial embryo tolerance, and abnormal metabolism of PCOS. Moreover, neuronal AR also involves in pathogenesis of PCOS. Decreasing AR activity is a direction of mechanism-based treatment. This article was reviewed the distribution of AR expression and its signaling in periphery and central tissues in PCOS.
