摘    要:肠道菌群及其代谢产物在心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)中具有重要作用。肠道菌群的组成变化及其代谢产物与动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心衰、高血压的发生、发展相关。肠道菌群及其代谢产物对CVD影响的机制已有报道。本文将综述肠道菌群及其代谢产物在动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心衰心功能不全、高血压的发生、发展中的作用和机制,以及在CVD防治方面的潜在价值,为CVD的防治提供新思路。

Abstract:The intestinal flora and its metabolites have an important role in cardiovascular disease (CVD). Changes in the composition of intestinal flora and its metabolites are related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, heart failure, and hypertension. The mechanism of the effects of intestinal flora and its metabolites on CVD has been reported. This article will review the role and mechanism of intestinal flora and its metabolites in the development and progression of atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, heart failure, and hypertension, as well as the potential value in the prevention and treatment of CVD, providing new insights into the prevention and treatment of CVD.
