| 摘 要： | 脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)发病率和病死率均很高.ICH后脑损伤涉及许多机制,包括脑血肿形成过程中的机械力对血肿周围脑组织的直接破坏,血块衍生因子(凝血酶、血红蛋白降解产物)的释放、炎症反应和补体级联反应等.

| Abstract: | The morbidity and mortality of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) are very high. Brain injury involves in several mechanisms after ICH, including the direct tissue destruction by the mechanical force on brain tissue surrounding the hernatoma in the process of hematoma formation, the release of clot-derived factors (thrombin, hemoglobin degradation products), inflammatory response and complement cascade reaction, etc. This article reviews the above mechanisms |
