新冠肺炎定点医院护理人员工作体验的质性研究

摘    要:目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院护理人员的真实工作体验,为传染病疾病防控中制定更加完善的护理管理决策提供参考。方法:采用现象学研究方法,通过目的抽样法选取我院参与新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院工作的10名护理人员作为半结构式访谈对象,运用colaizzi 七步分析法对材料整理分析。结果:共归纳提炼成长与收获(责任感和使命感的提升、对护士职业认同感的提高),考验与挑战(面对职业暴露的恐惧、工作负荷提高的挑战),感恩与期盼(感谢家庭的理解、感恩医院和社会的支持、期望获得全面的传染病及专科知识培训)3个主题和7个亚主题。结论:管理者应开展正向教育,提高护士职业获益感,科学合理配置人力资源,减少护士工作负荷,加强理论和技能培训,提升护士疫情应对能力,完善社会支持系统,提高护理职业社会认可度。

Abstract:Objective: To understand the real work experience of nursing staff in the designated hospital for coronavirus disease 2019, and to provide a reference for formulating more perfect nursing management decisions in the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods:Using phenomenological research methods, 10 nurses who participated in the designated hospital of novel coronavirus pneumonia in our hospital were selected as semi-structured interviewees by purposive sampling method, and the materials were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis method. Results: A total of 3 themes and 7 sub-themes were extracted : growth and harvest ( improvement of sense of responsibility and mission, improvement of professional identity of nurses ), test and challenge ( fear of occupational exposure, challenge of increased workload ), gratitude and expectation ( gratitude for family understanding, gratitude for hospital and social support, expectation for comprehensive infectious diseases and specialist knowledge training ). Conclusion: Managers should carry out positive education, improve nurses'' sense of professional benefit, scientifically and rationally allocate human resources, reduce nurses'' workload, strengthen theoretical and skill training, improve nurses'' epidemic response -ability, improve social support system, and improve the social recognition of the nursing profession.
