| 摘 要： | 随着生物工程小鼠的大量出现，建立一种完善的胚胎冷冻保存技术体系保存这些资源至关重要。自20世纪70年代对小鼠胚胎冻存成功以来，胚胎冷冻技术已得到飞速发展。目前研究焦点在于寻找更好的冷冻保护剂和简化操作方法等方面。本文对小鼠胚胎冷冻保存技术的冷冻保护剂、冷冻方法及所涉及的主要原理和目前的研究进展进行了评述。

| Abstract: | With a large number of mouse lines of biology engineer are produced, establishment of embryo cryopreservation technology for preservating these resources is very important. It has made a great progress since the successful cryopreservation of mouse embryos in 1972. Most studies focused on the methods of cryopreservation and finding better cryoprotective agent. This review summarized the basic principal, the resent progress and application of perspectives of the cryopreservation technology. |
