螺旋CT肝脏增强扫描造影剂注射量和注速的应用研究

摘    要:目的:应用时间—密度曲线分析比较不同注射量和注速对肝增强峰值造成的影响,选择适合肝脏螺旋增强扫描的较佳注射方案。方法:48例正常肝脏患者,随机分成四组,以不同注射量和注速,单时相注射离子型造影剂,于肝门区水平行单层动态扫描,分别求出肝实质、主动脉、脾脏增强峰值及其发生时间,并进行统计学处理。结果:100ml注射量比80ml注射量产生更高的肝增强峰值(P<0.05);3ml/s注速与2ml/s注速产生相似的PHCE(P>0.05),但前者发生更大的造影剂毒副反应。结论:100ml注射量、2ml/s注速为最佳注射方案,适合肝脏螺旋增强扫描

Applied Study of Contrast Media Injecting Dose and Rate in Hepatic Enhancement with Spiral CT
Abstract:Objective:Using time-density curves to analyses the effect of alterative contrast material injecing dose and rate on the peak of hepatic contrast enhancement(PHCE),so that,to choose the better contrast material injecting protocol(CMIP).Methods:Forty-eight cases of normal liver were randomly divided into four groups,each group were injected ionic contast medium at different injecting dose and rate in a single phase.The single dynamic scan was performed at the level of liver hilus.The peak of contrast enhancement of liver,arota and spleen and the times of PHCE were measured.The results were analysed statistically.Results:PHCE produced by group of 100 ml was highen than that by group of 80 ml(p<0.05);PHCE produced by groud at 3 ml/sec injeeting rate was similar to that at 2 ml/sec (p>0.05),but the former caused greater toxic action.Conclusion:100 ml at rate of 2 ml/sec is the optimal CMIP and suitable for hepatic spiral contrast enhanced scan.
