某行政村居民乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性率分布的研究

目的 了解农村地区居民乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带状况。方法 用HBsAg金标快速检测试纸条选择户口属于某行政村的所有居民进行HBsAg筛查，用EPI info录入数据和统计分析。结果 有64．7％的居民共1513人参加了筛查，总阳性率为9．1％，男女间差异无显著性；0～5岁年龄组和50岁以上年龄组阳性率较低，阳性率高峰在10～15岁年龄组，20岁以上年龄组有所下降。20岁以上年龄组中有献血史居民HBsAg阳性率是无献血史居民的两倍，2者差异显著。结论 5岁是儿童感染HBV的开始年龄，HBsAg阳性率在不同地区之间差异性明显，有偿献血行为是感染HBV的危险因素。

Epidemic Pattern of HBsAg Among Rural Residents in A Village

OBJECTIVE To study the epidemic pattern of HBsAg among the rural residents.METHODS All residents in a rural village were asked to participate in the HBsAg screening by using fast HBsAg test paper,EPI info was used to input data and to conduct statistical analysis.RESUSLTS 1 513 residents from the village took the screening,the HBsAg seropositive prevelence was 9.1%,there was no significant difference between gender,the seropositive prevelence the in under 5 year age group or in above 50 year age group were lower,compared with the other age groups,the peak of seropositive prevalence lay in the 10 15 year age group,and be prevalence declined with the ascending of age group.Among the age groups above 20 years,the prevalence of the residents with former commercial bolld donation was significantly twice as high as that of residents without blood donation.CONCLUSION 5 years old may the be onset of HBV infection among children,there is difference between region with respect to the HBsAg prevalence,paid blood donation is the risk behavior to get HBV infection.
