布加综合征血浆蛋白C及S的变化及其临床意义

目的 :探讨血浆蛋白C(proteinC ,PC)、蛋白S(proteinS ,PS)在布加综合征 (Budd -Chiarisyndrome,BC -S)时的变化规律 ,了解其变化与中医辩证分型的关系。 方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法 (ELISA) ,定量测定血浆PC、血浆游离蛋白S(freeproteinSFPS)及血浆总蛋白S(totalproteinS ,TPS)含量 ;免疫吸附收色底物法 (发色底物法 )测定血浆PC活性。 结果 :BC-S病人血浆PC、活性蛋白C(activateproteinC ,APC)、TPS、FPS水平均较正常对照组显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ,但在中医辨证分型各组之间无明显差异。 结论 :PC、PS的降低反映了BC -S的共性病理损害 ,与肝功能损害及抗凝蛋白合成障碍有关。对于中医辨证尚需从其它方面寻找依据。

Clinical Significance of Changes of Plasma Protein C and Protein S Levels in Budd-Chiarl Syndrome

Objective To explore the relationship between plasma protein C(PC) and free protein S levels and Budd-chiari syndrome(FPS)with traditional Chinese medicine typing Methods The contents of PC,free proteins S (FPS) and total protein S (TPS) were measurd by ELISA,and the active constituent of PC(APC) by immunoabsorption adduction chrom substrate technique. Results The contents of PC,APC and TPS,FPS in every TCM typing group were all significatly lower than those in the control.However,there were no significant differences between various TCM typing group. Conclusion The decrease of PC and PS reflected the common patholgic lesions of Budd-Chiari syndrome related to liver function injury and impairment of anticoagulant protein synthesis.While differentiation of syndrome and typing by TCM still needs further evidences to be explained.
