硝酸甘油膜缩短带蒂皮瓣断蒂时间的初步实验研究

目的 探讨外用硝酸甘油膜缩短带蒂皮瓣断蒂时间的实际应用可能性。方法 选用纯种新西兰大鼠30只，随机分成3组。A组：腹部交叉带蒂皮瓣形成加外用硝酸甘油膜组。B组：单纯腹部交叉带蒂皮瓣形成组。两组分别在成形术后5d,10d,15d断蒂，按成活面积计算。3周杀死实验大鼠，对皮瓣区组织进行光镜和电镜检查，计算对比分析各组的新生血管数。结果 5d,10d断蒂：AB两组之间，差异有显著性（P＜0．001）。15d断蒂，AB两组之间差异无显著性（P＞0．5）。3周杀死实验大鼠，对比分析各组的新生血管数。结论 外用硝酸甘油膜可以缩短带蒂皮瓣断蒂时间，但它的应用并不增加局部的新生血管数。

To shorten the time of cutting off the pedicle of pedicle flaps covered by nitroglycerine membrane

Objective To study the possibility of shortening the time of cutting off the pedicle of pedicle flaps by covering the nitroglycerine membrane. Methods Thirty pure race adult Newzland rats were divided into two groups at random. In group A, the transverse rectus abdomen pedicle cutaneous flap was prepared and covered with the nitroglycerine membrane,while in group B(control group) without the nitroglycerine membrane. Results The pedicles of the flaps were cut off at d 5,d 10 and d 15 after surgery, and the survival areas of the flap cut off were calculated respectively. At d 5 and d 10, there was a significant difference in the survival areas between group A and group B ( P <0 001). While at d 15, there was no significant difference. All the remain rats were killed at week 3. The new capillaries in the pedicle flaps were analyzed under microscopy in two groups. There was no significant difference ( P >0.5). Conclusion It suggests that by using the nitroglycerine membrane on the pedicle flap, the time of cutting off the pedicle will be shortened, but the number of new capillaries in the area of the pedicle flaps can not be increased.
