| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴道彩超(TVCDS)检测子宫血循环阻力指数(RI)鉴别宫内外早孕的可行性。方法应用TVCDS检测36例未破型宫外早孕和50例宫内早孕的子宫动脉、螺旋动脉和滋养层动脉血流的RI值。结果宫外早孕组子宫动脉平均RI值高于宫内早孕组(P<0.01)。宫外早孕组子宫螺旋动脉彩色多普勒的阳性率则明显低于宫内早孕组(P<0.01);宫外早孕组附件区滋养动脉检出率(83.3%),特异性100%。结论TVCDS和PD各项指标结合停经史及血HCG检测对宫内宫外早孕的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要的临床价值。
