吸附百白破混合制剂免疫效果观察

为了解福建省吸附百日破混合制剂（DPT）的免疫效果，1995～1997年，在龙岩地区、漳州市、莆田市，随机抽取3月龄未接种过DPT的婴儿进行观察．结果显示，全程接种吸附DPT1个月后，白喉、破伤风的免疫成功率分别为87．30％和89．25％，而同一人群百日咳免疫成功率仅为55.38％，故改进DPT中百日咳疫苗，加强卫生防疫机构的冷链装备及管理，规范接种，提高接种质量，是确保有效免疫，控制疾病流行的关键。

The Obseervation on Immunization Effect of Absorbed DPT

Through observation on the immunization effect of the absorbo DPT during1995 - 1997, the results showed as follows. After children were vaccinated with 3 doses of DPT inroutine immunization, the positive seroconversion rates for diphtheria and tetanus were 87.30%,89.25% respedively a month tater, and was higher than 80% regulated by national working formof hygiene and epidemic prevention. But in the same targated population, the rate of efficacy forpertusis was 55.38%, which was lower than 75% regulated by national working standard.Authors suggest that the key measures to carry cut effective immuniztion and to control prevalenCe of the targeted disease are to improve the immune effect of pertusis vaccine, to strengthen themanagement of cold chain equipments especially to standardize vaccinating technique and raiseimmunization quantity and quality in basic level unts.
