环境干预对儿童尘螨性哮喘疗效的研究

目的]观察环境干预在儿童尘螨性哮喘治疗中的辅助作用。方法]将确诊为尘螨性哮喘的40例患儿随机分为两组。常规治疗组20例,采用必可酮吸入的常规治疗;环境干预组20例,采用常规治疗加6个月的环境干预治疗。用化学发光免疫技术比较两组治疗前后的血清总IgE和血清尘螨特异性IgE,并测定肺功能。结果]两组治疗后血清总IgE和血清尘螨特异性IgE均较治疗前下降,而环境干预组治疗后血清浓度均明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。两组临床疗效比较,环境干预组优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论]环境干预作为吸入激素的辅助疗法在治疗儿童尘螨性哮喘中有一定效果。

A study on Serum specific IgE of mite sensitive asthmatics children after environmental intervention

Objective] To observe the assistant effect of environmental intervention on mite sensitive asthmatics children. Methods] 40 children diagnosed as mite sensitive asthma were randomly divided into two groups. Routine group (20 patients) were treated with routine therapy by inhaling clomethasone dipropionate, environmental intervention group (20 patients) were treated with routine therapy plus six month environmental intervention. Total IgE and mite specific IgE of serum was measured by chemiluminescent immunossay, and pulmonary function was compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results] Serum total IgE and mite specific IgE declined after treatment in both groups. The level of serum total IgE and mite specific IgE of environmental intervention group was significantly lower than that of the routine group after treatment. The clinical curative effect of environmental intervention group was superior to that of the routine group. Conclusion] Environmental intervention acted as an assistant therapy has some effect on mite sensitive asthmatics children.
