冠心宁片对麻醉犬血流动力学的影响

目的:观察冠心宁片对麻醉犬血流动力学的影响.方法:将本重(12±2)kg的健康Beagle犬,随机分为空白对照组、冠心宁片高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照(冠心宁注射液)组,采用开胸分离麻醉犬冠状动脉,用电磁流量计测量冠脉血流量,用多道生理记录仪测定左心室内压,观察麻醉犬血流动力学的变化.结果:冠心宁片降低心率、平均动脉压,但差异不显著(P＞0.05),明显增加冠脉流量、心肌血流量和左心室内压(P＜0.05),降低冠脉阻力和左室舒张末期压(P＜0.05).结论:冠心宁片可明显增加冠脉流量,降低冠脉阻力及左室舒张末期压,对心脏血流动力学有明显的改善作用.

Effects of Guanxinning Tablet on Cardiac Hemodynamics in Anesthetized Normal Dogs

Obiective:To observe the offects of Guanxinning tablet on cardiac kemodynamics in anesthetized dogs.Methods:Beagle dogs were randomly divived into five groups:control group,Guanxinning tablet high-dose group,medial-dose group,low-dose group and Guanxinning injection group.Coronary blood flow was measured by electromagnetic flow meter and left ventricular pressure was measured by polygraphic recording.Results:Guanxinning tablet reduced heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP),but there were no significant differences ( P>0.05 ).Guanxinning tablet increased coronary blood flow (CF) ,myocardial blood flow (CBF) and the left ventricle pressure (LVP) ( P<0.05 ),reduced coronary vascular residtance (CVR) and left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP)( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Guanxinning tablet could significantly increase coronary flow,reduce coronary vascular resistance and left ventricular and disastolic pressure.Guanxinning tablet improved the cardic homodynamics in anesthetized normal dogs.
