| 摘 要： | 目的计算机网络系统应用于医院感染监测的思路和措施. 方法总结国内外医院感染监测系统的实践经验与相关文献报道. 结果了解医院感染监测的重点和难点,有的放矢地开发实用性功能模块;充分利用现有的医院信息系统,以集成化方式开发医院感染监测系统;分级分批搭建平台,逐步完善各个层面的医院感染监测系统. 结论数字化、电子化、智能化和人性化医院感染监测系统是医院感染监测的必然发展趋势.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo report the thoughts and measures about the application of computer network in nosocomial infection surveillance (NIS). METHODSThe practical experience and peer-reviews of related literatures were summarized. RESULTSMajor thoughts and measures included: development of useful modules based on understanding the importance and problem of NIS; integration of NIS system (NISS) and hospital information system; construction of NISS step by step. CONCLUSIONSDigital, electronic, intelligent and humanized NISS is an inevitable development direction of NIS. |
