凉血活血汤调节寻常型银屑病外周血树突状细胞相关免疫功能的试验研究

目的探讨凉血活血汤在体外对进行期寻常型银屑病患者外周血树突状细胞(DC)的干预作用。方法采用体外培养患者DC,经复方中药作用后,流式细胞仪分析检测细胞表型的变化,MTT法观察DC诱导淋巴细胞增殖的变化,ELISA法观察DC分泌细胞因子的改变。结果患者的DC经凉血活血汤作用后,CD83的表达均明显上调,CD86的表达及刺激混合淋巴细胞增殖的能力均有一定的抑制;使Th1型细胞因子产生显著性降低,而Th2型细胞因子产生增加。结论凉血活血汤对寻常型银屑病患者的DC的抗原递呈能力起到一定的调节作用,对Th1型细胞因子的分泌起强烈抑制作用,对Th2型细胞因子的分泌起促进作用。

Experimental study on the regulation effect of Liangxuehuoxue decoction on the related immunoregulation function of dendritic cell in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Liangxuehuoxue decoction on dendritic cell(DC)in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in vitro.Methods The DCs in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were cultured in vitro,then they were treated by Liangxuehuoxue decoction.The phenotypic changes of theses cells were detected by flow cytometry,the proliferation state induced by lymphocytes was observed by MTT method and the changes of cytokine secreted by DC were observed by ELISA.Results After DCs were treated by Liangxuehuoxue decoction,the expression of CD83 was significantly increased,however,the expression of CD86 and the stimulated ability of mixed lymphocyte proliferation was inhibited at some extent.The production of Th1 type cytokines was decreased obviously,however,the production of Th2 type cytokines was increased.Conclusion The Liangxuehuoxue decoction has certain regulation effect on the antigen presentation ability in patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and has inhibition effect on the secretion of Th1 type cells,but has promoting effect on the secretion of Th2 type cells.
