| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨永存左位上腔静脉（PLSVC）的彩色多普勒超声特征及提高检出率的方法。方法 对31例超声诊断的PLSVC进行回顾性分析并与手术对比。结果 31例中26例手术患儿均与超声诊断相符。结论 左位上腔静脉均可在术前经超声心动图做出诊断，为外科手术提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the echocardiographic value in persistent left superior vena cava. Methods Thirty-one cases diagnosed as persistent left superior vena cava by echocardiography were reviewed and compared with operative diagnosis. Results The ultrasonic diagnosis was identical to operative diagnosis in 26 children. Conclusions All persistent left superior vena cava can be identified by color Doppler echocardiography before operation. |
