PRKAA2基因多态性与恩必普对脑梗死患者疗效的关系

摘    要:目的研究PRKAA2基因多态性与恩必普对脑梗死患者疗效的关系。方法选取235例脑梗死患者为研究对象,全部服用恩必普胶囊30 d后予NIHSS评分观察恢复情况。应用直接基因测序方法,研究AMPKa2基因7个单倍型标记单核苷酸多态性(tag-SNPs)与脑梗死患者疗效的关系。结果 (1)SNP rs1124900基因型分布频率有显著差异,失效组GG基因型患者分布频率较高,但等位基因频率比较无显著差异,且显效组GG基因型检出率较低。rs17848595位点基因型分布频率有显著差异,失效组AA基因型分布频率较显效组高,但等位基因频率比较无显著差异。rs1418442基因型及等位基因分布频率有显著差异,显效组C等位基因频率显著高于失效组,该位点多态性与恩必普治疗的LAA患者预后有相关获益趋势。结论 AMPK的活化可能是脑缺血缺氧后康复的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship of PRKAA2 gene polymorphism and butylphthalide with pations patients of cerebral infarction.Methods Select 235 cases of cerebral infarction patients for the study,all taking butylphtha-lide capsule for 30 days to observe the NIHSS recovery.Application of direct gene sequencing,gene research AMPKa2 seven haplotype tag single nucleotide polymorphisms(tag-SNPs)and cerebral infarction patient outcomes.Results (1)SNP rs1124900 genotype frequencies were significantly different,the genotype distribution frequency in failure group GG genotype distribution frequency is was high,but there was no significant difference in allele frequencies and the detection rate in genotype GG group was markedly lower.detection rate.rs17848595 locus genotype frequencies were significantly different.The genotype frequencies in failure group AA was genotype frequencies markedly higher than the group,but there was no significant difference in allele frequencies.rs1418442 genotype and allele frequencies were significantly different,effective in group C allele frequency was significantly higher than the failure group,the polymorphism and LAA patient is was butylphthalide prognosis related eligible Yi trend.Conclusion AMPK activation after cerebral ischemia and hypoxia may be an important factor in rehabilitation.
