血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A_2水平与动脉粥样硬化脑梗死的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA_2)水平与动脉粥样硬化脑梗死(LAA)之间的相关性。方法选取2015年12月-2016年12月我院神经内科收治的LAA患者60例作为研究对象,选取同期我院体检中心健康体检者40例作为对照组,分别测定两组对象LP-PLA_2水平,并同时检测血糖、血脂、同型半胱氨酸等生化指标,两组对象均行颈部血管超声检查观察有无动脉粥样硬化斑块以及斑块性质。结果 LAA组LP-PLA_2水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);LAA组患者中,随神经功能缺损严重程度的增加,LP-PLA_2水平呈现显著升高的趋势,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);LAA组患者中随斑块不稳定性的增加,LP-PLA_2水平逐渐升高,且差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论血浆LP-PLA_2可能是动脉粥样硬化脑梗死的新型危险因素,其水平的高低与动脉粥样硬化脑梗死患者的严重程度显著相关,并能够辅助预测动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定程度。

Study on the relationship between plasma lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2 level and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction
Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A 2 ( LP-PLA2) levels and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (LAA).Methods A total of 60 patients with LAA were enrolled in this study.From December 2015 to December 2016,60 patients with LAA were selected as the subjects .40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group .The LP-PLA2 levels were measured .Simultaneous detection of blood glucose ,blood lipids, homocysteine and other biochemical indicators ,the two groups of subjects were underwent cervical vascular ultrasonography to observe whether the atherosclerotic plaque and plaque properties .Results The level of LP-PLA2 in LAA group was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The level of LP-PLA2 in LAA group increased significantly with the se-verity of neurological deficit (P=0.001).The level of LP-PLA2 increased gradually with the increase of plaque instability in LAA group (P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000).Conclusion Plasma LP-PLA 2 may be a novel risk factor for atherosclerotic cerebral infarction ,which is significantly associated with the severity of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and is helpful in predicting the stability of atherosclerotic plaques .
