摘    要:目的评估尤瑞克林对急性缺血性卒中患者脑血流自动调节功能的影响。方法纳入发病3 d以内的单侧颈内动脉系统缺血性卒中患者58例,随机分配至尤瑞克林组和对照组,30例对照组仅给予缺血性卒中常规药物治疗,28例尤瑞克林组在常规药物治疗基础上加用尤瑞克林0.15 PNA静脉滴注,每天一次,连续应用(8±2)d。应用经颅多普勒超声联合手指血压监测仪分别对两组患者治疗前、后的脑血流调节功能进行监测。结果尤瑞克林治疗组,治疗后患侧半球相位差显著高于治疗前水平,而健侧半球的相位差在治疗前后无统计学差异。对照组中,治疗前后患侧半球和健侧半球相位差差异均无统计学意义。结论尤瑞克林可能改善急性缺血性卒中患者患侧大脑半球的脑血流自动调节能力。

Effect of urinary kallidinogenase on cerebral autoregulation in acute ischemic stroke patients
Abstract:Objective We aim to investigate the effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase on cerebral autoregulation in a-cute ischemic stroke patients .Methods 58 patients with unilateral internal carotid artery ischemic stroke within 3 days on-set were enrolled and randomly divided to Urinary Kallidinogenase group and the control group .30 patients in the control group were treated with basic medication for ischemic stroke .Urinary Kallidinogenase group were treated with Urinary Kal-lidinogenase 0.15 PNA,once a day,continuous infusion for (8 ±2) days on the addition of basic medication .Transcranial Doppler ultrasound combined with servo-controlled plethysmograph ,was used to evaluate cerebral autoregulation before and after treatment in both groups .Results In Urinary Kallidinogenase group ,phase difference ( PD) on affected hemisphere was significantly higher after than before treatment; while on unaffected hemisphere ,phase difference was not statistically significant before and after treatment .In the control group , PD on both hemispheres were not significant before and after treatment .Conclusion Urinary Kallidinogenase may improve cerebral autoregulation in the affected hemisphere with acute ischemic stroke patients .
