心泰胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛54例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨心泰胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及甲皱微循环及血液流变学的改善。方法：９５例患者随机分为治疗组５４例，口服心泰胶囊治疗，对照组４１例，口服复方丹参滴丸治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率（９２．６％），成于对照组（６３．４％）。治疗组治疗前后甲皱微循环加权积分值及血液流变学均有明显改善（Ｐ〈０．０１）。治疗组心电图改善率７０．４％，对照组改善率６５．９％，两组相比无显著差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：心

Clinical Effect Investigation on Xintai Capsules for Coronary Hcart Diseaze with Angina Pectoris on 54 Cares

Objective: To evaluate the clinically curative effects of Xin Tai capsule on angina of coronary artherosclrotic heart disease (CAHD) and improvements of ungual microcirculation and hemorheology. Methods: 95 cases with angina of CAHD were randomly divided into treatment group (n=54) and control group (n=41). The treatment group was treated with Xin Tai capsule, but the control group was treated with composite salvia miltiorrhiza dropping drill. Results: The total effective rate (92.6%) in treatment group were significantly higher than that (63.4%) in control group (P<0.01). Furthermore the improvements of ungual microcirculation and hemorheolory were more obvious in treatment group than those in control group (P<0.01). The improving ECG rate in treatment group was 70.4% and it was 65.9% in control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Xin Tai capsule can relieve angina of CAHD, improve the microcirculation, depress blood viscosity and unchain hemagglutination. It has no harmful reactions.
