| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着临床研究的深入和神经影像学技术的进步,人们对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的认识发生了深刻的变化,彻底摈弃了TIA症状持续时间短于24h的传统标准,更加注重TIA的病理生理学改变,在TIA的神经影像学、认知障碍、缺血耐受、自然预后、治疗理念等方面有了一些新的认识。

| Abstract: | The traditional concepts of TIA have considerably changed with the improvement of clinical studies and the advance of neuroimaging techniques in the last few years. The 24-hour classical definition of TIA is outdated and has been completely discarded. The current concepts of TIA underscore its pathophysiological changes. Some new concepts have been established in the fields of neuroimaging, cognitive impairment, ischemic tolerance, natural prognosis and treatment of TIA. |
