冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术前后C反应蛋白变化的临床分析

目的分析探讨C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平与冠心病的相关性以及行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后的变化意义。方法采用免疫浊度法测定71例冠心病PCI术患者（A组）及167例单行冠状动脉造影术者（B组）前后的血清CRP水平,并将B组分列为有冠脉狭窄组（B1组,118例）和无冠脉狭窄组（B2组,49例）,比较3组患者血清CRP水平的变化。结果术前血清CRP水平冠心病患者（A组和B1组）明显高于无冠脉狭窄组（B2组）（P〈0.01）;冠心病PCI术患者（A组）术后血清CRP水平明显高于术前（P〈0.05）;单行冠状动脉造影术组（B组）血清CRP水平术后较术前差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论CRP与冠心病发生密切相关;PCI能导致冠心病患者的内皮损伤,加重炎症反应,从而引起管腔再狭窄,因此PCI术后应加强抗炎治疗。
