灯盏花黄酮类化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究灯盏花的化学成分。方法 :分离纯化采用硅胶柱色谱 ,结构鉴定采用IR,MS,NMR及文献有关数据比较。结果 :从灯盏花全草的提取物中分离并鉴定了5个黄酮化合物 ,为3,5,6,4′ 四羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ) ,5,7,4′ 三羟基黄酮 (Ⅱ) ,3,5,6,7,4′-五羟基黄酮 (Ⅲ ) ,黄芩素 (Ⅳ)和5,7,4′ 三羟基双氢黄酮 (Ⅴ)。结论 :化合物I,III,V为首次从本植物中分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Erigeron breviscapus. METHOD: The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel, and identified by IR, MS, NMR and physical data. RESULT: Five compounds were isolated and identified as 3, 5, 6, 4'-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxy flavonoid(I); 5, 7, 4'-trihydroxy flavonoid(II); 3, 5, 6, 7, 4'-pentahydroxy flavonoid(III); scutellarein (IV) and 5, 7, 4'-trihydroxy flavanone(V). CONCLUSION: Compounds I, III and V were isolated from this plant for the first time.
