肠易激综合征与HLA—DQB1基因多态性的相关性研究

目的研究HLA—DQBl等位基因多态性与我国广东籍汉族肠易激综合症遗传易感的相关性。方法应用PCR及基因测序技术分析了广东籍汉族肠易激综合症60例患者和健康对照者DQBl的基因分型，比较了基因位点的发生频率的分布差异。结果与正常对照组相比，IBS患者DQBI＊02等位基因的频率较高，DQBI＊0603的频率也低于正常组，DQBI＊0601，DQBl＊0602，DQBI＊0604的频率与正常对照组相比无显著性相关，IBS各临床亚型之间等位基因的频率无明显差异。结论DQBI＊02或DQBI＊0603等位基因可能是我国广东籍汉族人群IBS的易感基因。HLA—DQ基因多态性与IBS的临床分型密切无关。

Association of DQB1 allele polymorphism with genetic susceptibility in patients with irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To explore the association of human leucocyte antigen （HLA）-DQB 1 allele poly- morphism with genetic susceptibility in irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） in patients with. Guangdong Han na-tianality. Methods The genetic typing of DQB1 was conducted by DNA micmarray in 60 patients and healthy subjects. The distribution difference in allele frequency was compared between the two groups. Results The frequency of DQB 1＂02 in IBS patients was significantly greater than that in the control subject. The frequency of DQB 1＂0603 was significantly lower in patients with IBS than in the controls. The frequency of HLA-DQB 1 had no significant dlifference with all types of IBS. Conclusions DQB＊102 or DQBl＊0603 may be the susceptihili- ty genes in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and with Guangdong Han nationality.
