股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆问骨折的临床疗效分析

目的探讨分析股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年4月至2011年8月收治的40例股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患者，随机分成实验组与对照组，各20例。对照组接受传统钢板内固定术，实验组接受股骨近端锁定钢板内固定术。对比两组患者的临床疗效与愈合情况。结果实验组的优良率为76％，对照组的优良率为68％，两组患者的手术疗效的差异比较无统计学意义（D0．05）；实验组与对照组的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（64．4±10．4）minVS（68．2±12）min，D0．051，实验组的住院时间（10．2±2．2）d]与愈合时间（113．2±16．5）d]均要显著短于对照组（15．2±3．5）d，（136．7±14．4）d，P〈0．05]。结论股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折效果显著，且能够缩短患者的愈合时间，值得推广。

The clinical efficacy of locking anatomical plate fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of locking anatomical plate in the treatment of in- tertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients. Methods 40 patients with intertrochanteric fracture who had been treated from April 2008 to August 2011 in our hospial were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 20 for each group. The control group received traditional plate fixation while the study group was treated with locking anatomical plate fixation. The chnical efficacy and healing of fracture were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate did not differ significantly between the study group and the control group （76% vs. 68%, P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in surgical duration between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The length of hospital stay and time to fracture healing were shorter in the study group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Locking anatomical plate fixation has a significant efficacy in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients and can shorten time to fracture healing. So it is worth popularizing.
