深静脉置管在化疗中的应用

目的探讨深静脉置管在肿瘤化疗中的应用。方法将62例接受化疗的肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用传统外周浅静脉穿刺建立静脉通路，观察组采用深静脉置管建立静脉通路，两组给药方法相同。结果对照组和观察组静脉炎的发生率分别为61．3％和0．0％，两组间比较差异有显著性（19〈0．05）。结论对肿瘤患者采用经深静脉置管化疗可避免化疗药物对外周静脉的刺激，提高化疗的安全性，值得临床推广。

Deep venous catheterization for chemotherapy

Objective To observe the value of deep venous catheterization for tumour chemotherapy. Methods 62 tumour patients taking chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Venous accesses in patients of control group were established through traditional venipuncture, while the ones in patients of observation group were built by deep venous catheterization. Results The incidences of phlebitis of control group and observation group were 61.3% and 0.0%, respectively with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Chemotherapy through deep venous catheter for tumour patients can avoid the stimula- tion of chemotherapy drugs on periphery vein and enhance chemotherapy safety. It is worth generalizing clini- cally.
