消毒供应中心加强与临床科室沟通的效果分析

目的探讨加强消毒供应中心与临床科室沟通的效果分析。方法针对沟通过程中存在的问题进行分析，采取相应的措施。结果通过加强消毒供应中心与临床科室的有效沟通，促进了科室之间的和谐，满足临床需求。结论消毒供应中心与临床科室在沟通的过程中及时解决问题，相互协作，不断完善规章制度，有效地提高了医务人员的素质，降低了院内感染的发生率。

The effect of strengthened communication between the central sterile supply department and the clinical departments

Objective To explore the effect of strengthened communication between the central sterile supply department （CSSD） and the clinical departments. Methods The problems in the communication process were analyzed, and relevant measures were taken. Results The harmony between the clinical departments and the CSSD was promoted by strengthening effective communication; and the clinical requirements were met. Conclusions During the communication between the central sterile supply department and the clinical depart- ments, we can solve the problems properly, cooperate with each other, improve regulations and rules, enhance professional quality in medical staff, and reduce occurrence rate of hospital infections.
