前列腺素E1联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的探讨前列腺素E1联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效。方法将72例3期及4期DN患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例，两组患者均给予相同基础治疗，对照组给予前列腺素E1治疗，观察组给予前列腺素E1联合缬沙坦治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后UAER及ACR变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后UAER水平均明显低于治疗前（P〈0．叭）；观察组治疗后UAER水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后ACR值均明显低于治疗前（P〈0．01）；观察组治疗后ACR值明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论前列腺素E1联合缬沙坦治疗DN，比单用前列腺素E1更显著减少DN患者尿蛋白排泄。

Clinical observation on prostaglandin EI combined with valsartan in the treatment of DN

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of prostaglandin E1 combined with valsartan in the treatment of DN. Methods 72 phase-3 and phase-4 DN patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 36 cases for each group. Both groups were given the same basic treatment. The control group was treated with prostaglandin El, while the observation group was treated with prostaglandin E1 and valsartan together. Changes of UAER and ACR of both groups were observed before and after treatment. Re-- suits Compared with conditions before treatment, the UAER levels of both groups were significantly lower （P〈 0.01）. After treatment, the UAER level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the ACR rates of both groups were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.01）, and the ACR rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Con- cluaions Compared with the treatment solely with prostaglandin El, prostaglandin E1 combined with valsartan can significantly decrease the excretion of urine protein of DN patients.
