卡贝缩宫素预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨卡贝缩宫素预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院200例自然妊娠孕妇,分为实验组和对照组,各100例,在胎儿娩出时,实验组使用卡贝缩宫素,对照组使用缩宫素,观察两组产妇出血及Hb浓度变化情况。结果实验组术中出血量、术后24小时出血量均明显少于对照组,产后出血发生率分别为2.0%和7.0%,结果相比均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。同时,实验组术后24小时Hh下降幅度明显小于对照组,结果有统计学意义fP〈0.05)。结论卡贝缩宫素能有效降低产妇产后出血率,疗效显著,明显优于其他宫缩剂,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of carbetocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods 200 women with spontaneous pregnancy were randomly divid- ed into a study group and a control group, 100 for each group. As the baby was delivered, the study group re- ceived carbetocin while the control group received oxytocin. Maternal bleeding and changes in Hb concentration were observed in both groups. Results Intraoperative bleeding volume and 24-hour postoperative bleeding volume were significantly smaller in the study group than in the control group ; the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.0% and 7.0%, respectively, with a statistical significance between the two groups (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, the declined level of Hb was significantly less in the study group than in the control group, with a statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusions Carbetocin can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage with good efficacy and is much better than any other tocolytic agents. It is worth popularizing.
