卡贝缩宫素预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床观察

目的探讨卡贝缩宫素预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院200例自然妊娠孕妇，分为实验组和对照组，各100例，在胎儿娩出时，实验组使用卡贝缩宫素，对照组使用缩宫素，观察两组产妇出血及Hb浓度变化情况。结果实验组术中出血量、术后24小时出血量均明显少于对照组，产后出血发生率分别为2．0％和7．0％，结果相比均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。同时，实验组术后24小时Hh下降幅度明显小于对照组，结果有统计学意义fP〈0．05）。结论卡贝缩宫素能有效降低产妇产后出血率，疗效显著，明显优于其他宫缩剂，值得临床推广。

Carbetocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of carbetocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods 200 women with spontaneous pregnancy were randomly divid- ed into a study group and a control group, 100 for each group. As the baby was delivered, the study group re- ceived carbetocin while the control group received oxytocin. Maternal bleeding and changes in Hb concentration were observed in both groups. Results Intraoperative bleeding volume and 24-hour postoperative bleeding volume were significantly smaller in the study group than in the control group ; the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.0% and 7.0%, respectively, with a statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the declined level of Hb was significantly less in the study group than in the control group, with a statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Carbetocin can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage with good efficacy and is much better than any other tocolytic agents. It is worth popularizing.
