清肝利胆口服液联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎的疗效观察

目的研究清肝利胆口服液联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将70例婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35例。治疗组口服清肝利胆口服液，同时静脉滴注更昔洛韦；对照组静脉滴注更昔洛韦；疗程4周。观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、r-谷氨酰转移酶恢复，肝脏回缩至正常，黄疸消退，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组有17例CMV—IgM转阴，对照组有16例，差异无显著性意义（P〉O．05）。结论清肝利胆口服液联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎，能有效恢患儿复肝功能，降酶退黄，无副作用，值得临床推广。但该治疗方法在CMV—IgM转阴上未见明显效果。

Qingganlidan oral liquid combined with ganciclovir for infants with cytomegalovirus hepatitis

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Qingganlidan oral liquid combined with gan- ciclovir in the treatment of infants with cytomegalovirus hepatitis. Methods 70 infants with cytomegalovirus hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups, 35 for each group. The study group was treated with Qingganl- idan oral solution plus intravenous ganciclovir, while the control group received intravenous ganciclovir for 4 weeks. The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results Serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin ex- amination, GPT, and r- GGT returned to normal, liver shrank to its normal size, jaundice subsided in the study group, as compared with the control group, with a statistical difference （P〈0.01）. The negative rate of CMV-IgM did not differ significantly between the study group and the control group （ 17 patients vs. 16 patients, P〉0.05）. Conclusions Qingganlidan oral liquid combined with ganciclovir can effectively restore liver func- tion, lower levels of aminotransferase, relieve jaundice, but has no side effects in the treatment of infants with cytomegalovirus hepatitis; it is worth popularizing clinically. But this therapy has no marked effect on negative changes in CMV-IgM.
