| 摘 要： | 目的 观察１６０例老年性肺气肿病人及７０例正常老年人肺循环和外周血内皮素的变化情况。方法 采用Ｘ线、心脏Ｂ超、心电图检查心脏情况,采用放免法检测外周血内皮素的含量,结果 老年性肺气肿组有右心系统病理损害者６０例（３８．０％）,而正常老年人组仅４例（５．７％）（Ｐ〈０．００１）;老年性肺气肿组外周血内皮素的含量显著高于正常老年人组（Ｐ〈０．００１）。结论 老年性肺气肿对肺循环产生重要影响,可使心血管 |

| Abstract: | To observe the changes of pulmonary circulation and the content of endothelium(ET) in venous blood in 160 cases of senile emphysema and 70 cases of normal senium.Methods We used electrocardiogram,ultrasonic cardiogram and Xray to detect the changes of right heart system,and used radioimmunassay(RIA) to detect the content of ET in venous blood.Results The results showed that 38% cases in senile emphysema group present pathological injury of right heart system,while in ormal senium group the same changes was only 5 7%( P <0 001).The content of ET in venous blood in the senile emphysema group was significantly higher than that in the normal senium group( P <0 001).Conclusion These findings proved that senile emphysema could lead to pathologic injury in pulmonary circulation. |
