摘    要:目的:探讨甘草多糖对于S-180荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤的抑制作用及其机制。方法:Balb/c小鼠接种S-180肉瘤瘤株后,分别给予甘草多糖和对照药物12天,然后处死。将荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤取出称重,并进行比较;免疫组织化学方法和HE染色对肿瘤中的bcl-2、p53和bax蛋白进行比较分析。结果:给予甘草多糖的小鼠的肿瘤明显小于对照组,而对照组的bcl-2和p53蛋白的表达率明显高于甘草多糖的小鼠组,bax蛋白的表达率则低于后。结论:甘草多糖对于S-180肿瘤具有抑制作用,并有可能影响bcl-2、p53及bax基因蛋白的表达。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the anti tumor effect of the Glycyrrhizia polysaccharide (GPS) and its mechanism.Methods:The S 180 tumor from mice was collected and the anti tumor rate calculated. The expression of Bax,Bcl 2 and P53 protein in the tumor tissue was studied by immuno histochemistry method.Results:The tumor of the B,C and D group was lighter than that of A group. The expression frequency of Bax,Bcl 2 and P53 protein differed significantly among the groups.Conclusion:The GPS can resist the mouse tumor, and it might be affect the expression of the Bax? Bcl-2 and P53.
