注射玻璃酸钠治疗退行性膝关节炎临床疗效观察

目的探讨注射玻璃酸钠治疗退行性膝关节炎临床疗效。方法选择陵水县人民医院2008年4月至2011年4月诊治的膝关节退行性关节炎患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予非甾体类抗炎药服用、理疗、保护膝关节等措施。观察组患者不服用消炎止痛药物及糖皮质激素类药物,对患者膝关节实施玻璃酸钠注射液2 mL(20 mg)关节腔内注射。每周注射1次,连续注射5次。治疗后评定两组患者膝关节功能。结果观察组治疗后优良率为92.5%,对照组治疗后优良率为70.0%,观察组优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗退行性膝关节炎临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Observation on the Efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronate for the Treatment of Degenerative Arthritis of the Knee

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee.Methods 80 cases with degenerative arthritis of the knee from Apr.2008 to Apr.2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,physical therapy,and knee joint protection;while observation group didn′t take anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs and glucocorticoid drugs,but were injected 2 ml(20 mg)of sodium hyaluronate,once a week,for consecutive 5 times.The knee joint function of two groups were evaluated after treatment.Results The excellent and good rates were 92.5% in observation group and 70.0% in control group after treatment.Observation group was significantly higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of retrograde gonarthritis with sodium hyaluronate has obvious clinical effect,which is worth learning.
