| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊髓损伤后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防性护理措施。方法将78例伤前没有深静脉血栓形成的新发脊髓损伤患者随机分为常规临床治疗组38例(传统护理组)及常规治疗加早期强化康复治疗组40例(强化护理组),强化护理组对下肢深静脉血栓采取预防性治疗与护理措施。进行临床评估与随访,比较2组深静脉血栓的发生情况。结果观察8周,共计7例(9.0%)患者发生深静脉血栓,其中强化护理组仅1例(2.5%)发生深静脉血栓,传统护理组6例(15.8%)(6/38),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论早期有针对性的治疗与护理可以有效降低脊髓损伤患者深静脉血栓的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the preventive nursing points about deep venuous the rombosis for patients with spinal cord injury. Methods Divided 78 patients with spinal cord injury into the traditional nursing group(38 cases) and the strengthen nursing group(40 cases)randomly. The preventive treatment and nursing cares were used in the strengthen nursing group,while the routine nursing cares were used in the traditional nursing group. Compared the clinal effects between the two group by fellow-up. Results There was one patient in the strengthen nursing group had deep venuous thrombosis,while in the other group there were six patients,the difference was significant,P=0.040. Conclusions Early aimed treatment and nursing cares can effectively prevent the deep venuous thrombosis for patients with spinal cord injury. |
