老年人脑出血并发多脏器功能衰竭54例临床分析

目的探讨老年人脑出血并发多脏器功能衰竭（MOFE）的诱因、病死率、预防和治疗。方法对2001年12月至2005年12月间收治的老年人脑出血并发MOFE54例进行分析。结果老年人脑出血并发MOFE与原发病、年龄、脏器衰竭数目、持续时间成正比；导致老年人脑出血并发MOFE的诱因，以肺部感染最多见，其次为高血压。老年人脑出血并发MOFE与其原有原发性高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等密切相关。结论老年人脑出血并发MOFE病因复杂，治疗棘手，病死率高，应积极治疗原发性疾病，预防脑出血发生；一旦有MOFE前期临床表现，应积极治疗。

Objective To explore the motivation,case-fatality rate,precantion and treatment of old people's cerebral hemorrhage with multiple organ failure. Methods 54 cases of cerebral hemorrhage with multiple organ failure were analyzed from December 2001 to December 2005. Results Old people's cerebral hemorrhage with multiple organ failure had a positive corrdation with primary disease, age, the number of organ failure and lasting time. The more motivation was infection, and the second was hypertention. They had a correlation with hypertention, diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease. Conclusion Old people's cerebral hemorrage with multiple organ failure has complicated cause,difficult treatment and a higher case-fatality rate. Primary disease should be treated catively. Precaution and treatment are important to them.
