异长春花碱化疗患者不同部位注射局部不良反应的观察

目的 为异长春花碱化疗患者选择良好的静脉通道，以避免或减少化疗药物产生的局部不良反应。方法 88例需要使用异长春花碱化疗又拒绝行深静脉置管的患者，按血管的情况分为前臂静脉组42例和颈外静脉组46例，分别使用前臂静脉和颈外静脉穿刺留置静脉留置针输注异长春花碱。比较两组患者行静脉给药过程中局部疼痛情况和组织渗漏性损伤、静脉炎的发生情况。结果 颈外静脉组与前臂静脉组比较，局部疼痛、组织渗漏性损伤及静脉炎发生率明显降低，差别均有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论 接受NVB化疗的患者通过颈外静脉留置针给药，安全可靠，能有效控制局部疼痛、组织渗漏性损伤及静脉炎的发生。

Local Influence of Different Injection Sites in Patients Using Vinorelbine

Purpose To set up a method which could avoid or decrease the local toxic reaction of chemotherapy agents, two differnet injection sites were choosed in patients who using vinorelbine. Methods Eighty-eight patients who using vinorelbine as chemotherapy agent and refused deep vein catheter embeding were divided to experiment group (injection from forearm vein) and control group (injection from external jugular vein). The incedence rates of local pain, damage due to tissue leakage and phlebitis were analyzed statistically in these two groups. Result Compare to the control group, the incedence rates of local pain, damage due to tissue leakage and phlebitis were lower significantly at all in expriment group (P<0.001). Conclusion Our results suggest that injectin of vinorelbine from external jugular vein are safe and dependable. The incedence of local pain, damage due to tissue leakage and phlebitis could be controlled validly.
