羟基磷灰石-煅石膏复合材料植入增高牙槽嵴的临床应用

目的:了解羟基磷灰石-煅石膏复合材料植入增高牙槽嵴的效果和并发症。方法：采用羟基磷灰石-煅石膏复合材料植入增高37例萎缩牙槽嵴患者，术后随访3月，观察手术效果及并发症。结果：37例患者牙槽嵴均恢复良好，效果满意，无并发症发生。结论：采用羟基磷灰石-煅石膏复合材料植入增高牙槽嵴简便、易行，操作简单，手术效果可靠，值得在临床推广应用。

Implantation of Hydroxylapatite-plaster of Paris Used to Increase the Height of Alveolar Ridge

Objective: To study the effect and comphcation of implanting the hydroxylapatite-plaster of Paris to increase the height of alveolar ridge. Methods: Implantation of hydroxylapatite-plaster of Paris was used to increase the height of alveolar ridge in 37 cases. All patients were followed up until 3 months after the operation. They are examined with clinical examination and X-ray examination to observe the effect and complication of that. Results: The wound healed well in all cases without any complication. The height and contour of the alveolar ridges were restored well. Most patients were satisfactory. Conclusion: Implantation of hydroxylapatite-plaster of Paris could restore the height and contour of the alveolar ridge. The method is worth extending.
