摘    要:已知初生期大鼠注射谷氨酸一钠(MSG)可引起下丘脑弓状核严重损毁。本研究证实,雄性大鼠生后2及4天经腹腔注射MSG(4mg/g体重),成年后睾丸电镜观察,曲细精管内各级生精细胞发生明显改变,胞质出现空泡,线粒体变性,嵴断裂;核膜缺损,核质疏松,染色体遭到严重破坏。提示:睾丸超微结构变化,可能来自于神经内分泌系统功能变化,与下丘脑弓状核损毁密切相关。

Abstract:It was been demonstrated that in the neonatal period, administration of monosodium glutamin (MSG) results in clearly defined damage to the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus. The present study proved that all the spermatogenic cells in each grade in seminiferous tubules were damaged obviously in adulthood if the baby rats were injected with MSG (4mg/g BW, i. p. ) 2 and 4 days after birth. These changes after damage included vacuoles formed in the cytoplasm, the mitochondria denatured, with the mitochondrial crista broken. The nuclear membranes became defected; the nucleo-plasm became loosened: the chromosomes were seriously destroyed. These suggest that the ultrastruc-tural changes in the testicular tissue may result from functional changes of the neuroendocrine system and is closely related to damage of the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus.
